1. The association
This website is operated by ARMSMA — Association for Risk Mitigation, Safety Management and Analysis (the “Association”).
The Association is an association within the meaning of Articles 60 et seq. of the Swiss Civil Code, constituted for an unlimited duration, with its registered seat in Carouge, Canton of Geneva, Switzerland. It does not seek profit for its members. To finance its purpose it may carry out commercial activities — paid services, software licences and subscriptions, advice and training; any surplus is reinvested and never distributed to members, founders or Board members (Statute, Art. 1.3).
Because it may carry out commercial activities, the Association is being entered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Geneva. Its registered address in Carouge and its business identification number (UID, CHE-…) will be published on this page once the entry is made. The entry is declaratory: the Association has had legal personality since its Statute was adopted on 11 September 2026.
2. How to reach us
Write to [email protected]. A person reads that address, and it is the fastest way to reach the Association on any subject — including data protection, copyright and reports of a problem with this site.
A registered postal address in Carouge is currently being established, and will be published here as soon as it exists. Until then, correspondence that needs to be sent on paper can be arranged by writing to the address above; we will not leave anyone without a way to reach us in writing.
3. Representation
The Association is represented towards third parties, authorities and banks by its Principal Founder, Illia Usachov, who sits on the Board ex officio, chairs it and holds individual signing authority (Statute, Art. 8.3). The General Meeting of Members is the supreme body; the Board is the executive body.
4. Responsibility for content
The Board is responsible for the content published on armsma.org. Contributions submitted by members and visitors — forum posts, comments and submitted reports — remain the responsibility of their authors, and are moderated as described in the Terms of Use.
5. Technical operation
The site is hosted on infrastructure operated by Hostinger within the European Union. Cloudflare provides the network layer in front of it and sees traffic in transit. Neither is a publisher of this site’s content.
If you find a security problem, please write to [email protected] rather than disclosing it publicly, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it. We do not take legal action against people who report problems in good faith and do not exploit them beyond what is needed to demonstrate the issue.
6. Languages
This site is published in English, Ukrainian, French and German. The official languages of the Association are English, French and Ukrainian. In the event of a discrepancy between language versions of any document, the English version prevails.
7. Ownership of the platform
The platform is named Paravigil. This website and the software behind it — the situation map, its data pipelines, the learning platform, the member area and the administrative tools — were designed and built by Illia Usachov, who owns the software.
ARMSMA uses, operates and may commercialise the software as a Licensed Product within the meaning of Article 14.4 of its Statute, including by granting sublicences to its clients. ARMSMA operates the site, is responsible for the content it publishes, and is the controller of the personal data processed through it; revenue ARMSMA earns from its own activities remains ARMSMA’s.
This notice concerns the software. Content published on the Website — articles, courses, documents, photographs and datasets produced by ARMSMA — belongs to ARMSMA or to its licensors, as set out in the Terms of Use.
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Association and this website are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from the use of this website falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland, subject to any mandatory place of jurisdiction provided by law — in particular the protective rules that may apply to consumers domiciled in Switzerland or in the European Union.
