ARMSMA — Association for Risk Mitigation, Safety and Security Management and Analysis. Independent non-profit association under Swiss law, registered seat in Geneva, Switzerland, unlimited duration.
Governing law & jurisdiction
The association is governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, Switzerland.
Languages
The official languages of the association are English, French and Ukrainian. In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English version prevails.
