Minimal collection, explicit consent, your rights respected.
Applicable law
Personal data is processed under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), following the principles of lawfulness, transparency, purpose limitation and data minimisation.
What we collect
Account data you provide (name, email, language preference), newsletter subscription with your explicit consent, volunteer application details you submit, and security logs (login events, IP addresses) kept to protect your account.
What we don't do
No advertising trackers, no sale of personal data, no profiling. Only strictly necessary cookies (session authentication and language preference).
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or object to processing at any time. Requests are addressed to the Board: illia.usachov@armsma.org. Account deletion is also available directly from your dashboard settings.
Data location & retention
Data is stored with our hosting providers under contractual data protection safeguards. Security logs are retained for 12 months.
