How reports are handled
- You may stay anonymous: leave name and email empty. An anonymous report is stored without your IP address or browser details.
- Every report receives an initial assessment within 30 days, in strict confidence.
- Nobody assesses a report about themselves. A report about the Board or the Principal Founder goes to an independent contact; until one is appointed, you may also go directly to the competent public authorities.
- Reporting in good faith is protected: no dismissal, exclusion, threats or any other retaliation (Statute, Art. 10). Knowingly false reports are not protected.
- Nothing here limits your right to report to the authorities at any time.
