ARMSMA is currently building its foundation and actively welcoming volunteers who are willing to contribute their time, skills, or expertise to the development of our projects.
At this stage, we are not able to offer financial compensation. All volunteer engagement is therefore based on voluntary, unpaid participation. We are fully transparent about this and deeply appreciate the commitment of those who choose to support our mission.
Every volunteer matters. Regardless of the size of the contribution, each person plays an important role in shaping ARMSMA’s work and impact. Individual efforts combine to create meaningful and lasting results.
